Martha Sichone-Sikasula's Bio
Martha Sichone-Sikasula is a Lusaka based Human Resource professional with over 15 years work experience in the field; having had worked for Cavmont Bank as Head – Human Resource, Barclays Bank Plc as Resourcing Manager, Mac Recruitment and ZESCO Limited as a Human Resource Officer respectively. She has also held the position of Labor Officer at Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Martha is currently a Human Resource and Training Manager at MultiChoice Zambia Limited and serves on the Human Resource Committee for Harvest University and as a Board Member at Zambia Health Education and Communication Trust (ZHECT).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Industrial Psychology - Major and Information Studies - minor) from the University of Namibia. Additionally, she possess post graduate certificates in Risk Management attained from the Institute of Risk Management – UK, Project Management attained from the University of Zambia and Psychosocial Counselling from Chainama College of Health Sciences.
Martha’s specialty is in Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce planning and implementation, Policy development and implementation, Leadership pipeline and Succession Planning, Organizational Design and transformation, Change management, Executive and non-executive Coaching, Executive Recruitment, Employee Relations and engagement.
She has played an instrumental role in a number of projects including Organizational Transformation and systems implementation at MultiChoice Zambia Limited, Cavmont Bank Plc and Barclays Bank where she had been recognized at Group Level for her exceptional contribution.
Martha is married and a mother of one son and three daughters.
