Sampa is a consultant in organisation and leadership development; an experienced process and organisational change facilitator. He is an experienced process facilitator in people and organisational development with a wide range of client/human centred approaches and models that allow people to fully engage within themselves and others in seeking solutions to organisational and environmental challenges.
Sampa is equally an experienced facilitator of Cross-sector partnerships and management processes, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Capacity building, Organisational retreats and Climate change issues.
Sampa is also an expert in human rights and social justice issues, policy analysis, advocacy and development and has excellent planning and organisational skills.
He is a fine-qualified strategic planning facilitator and has excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
